We collect only what we need to set up your subscription and help you on WhatsApp. This page lists all of it, plainly.
What we collect when you order
When you send the order or free-trial form, we store:
- the name you type;
- your WhatsApp number;
- your device type (for example Smart TV or Android);
- the package, currency and price you saw;
- the country your connection comes from and the language of the page;
- where you came from, if you followed a link from our social accounts;
- a one-way hash of your IP address. We use it only to stop repeated spam orders and never store the address itself.
Why we use it
To create your order, send you your login and payment instructions on WhatsApp, help you set up and fix problems, and prevent abuse, such as more than one free trial per number.
Our conversation with you happens on WhatsApp. Messages there are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets a few small cookies of its own, none of them for advertising:
- NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language (1 year);
- geo: your country, used to pre-fill the phone prefix and pick the currency (1 day);
- cur: the currency you chose (1 year);
- theme (stored in your browser, not a cookie): light or dark mode.
Services that process data for us
The site is hosted on Vercel and orders are stored in a Supabase database. Photos load from Unsplash. To count visits we may use Google Analytics, and to keep bots away from the order form we may use Cloudflare Turnstile; both set their own cookies. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can handle support and refunds. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We'll do it unless we're required to keep a record by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Send your request on WhatsApp to +963 947 938 950 from the number you ordered with.
