Questions about VIP Box
01How does the backup server work?
You get access to two servers. If the main one has a problem, you switch to the backup and carry on watching. We show you how on WhatsApp when we send your login.
02Is VIP Box worth it compared with Grandstand?
If missing a few minutes of a big match would ruin it for you, yes: the backup server is there for exactly that moment. Otherwise, Grandstand has the same channels and content.
03Can I use the two servers on two screens?
No. The backup server is for switching over if one has a problem, not for a second screen. Every subscription is for one screen at a time.
